If you’ve never seen Doctor Who, please love yourself and go watch it.

If you have seen Doctor Who and don’t like it, then you are weak and natural selection is coming for you.

I think I’ve finally made my decision. After Dragon Con, I’m gonna apply around for a second job. Which will basically mean what little bit of free time I have now will be eliminated. Not like I’ve got much of a social life as it is, but even if I can find something where I’ve got my eye set, even if its only a temporary thing, it could hopefully be the kick start I need to finally getting my life on track. I’ll still try to fit some conventions in here and there, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do more or less; it just depends.

Man, I forgot how awesome this show was!! It may have needed some improvement in some areas here and there, especially in the beginning but overall I truly enjoyed the ride! Shame NBC screwed it and it only got 1 season. It could’ve been EPIC!!

I had hoped things would’ve been different at this point; better than they usually were. The year started out good. But like every year it seems, something comes along and life decides to throw a wrench into the gears and totally screw things up and I end up back at square one.

For weeks I’ve been struggling with a decision. I had hoped that by now I could’ve reached a decision. Sadly that is not the case. I’ve weighed the pros and cons but they seem be at a balance and cannot provide me with the evidence I need to make a decision. Guess I need to give it some more time and thought. Just hope I can figure out what to do. And hope that it won’t take too much time to come up with an answer for myself. I truly do want 2015 to be *the* year, *MY* year. The year that I finally get on the road to having and doing everything that I’ve dreamed about.

Weather screwed my internet yesterday so my Music Monday postings weren’t as long as I wanted them to be. Guess I’ll try to make it a trend for a while. :)

Another country song. I’ll promise I’ll change formats in a bit. I’ll do my best to randomize the genre’s the best I can but I’m just going with what pops into my head.

Anyway, I think this song and video kinda helped fuel my love and passion for Egypt and all things Egyptian themed. I present to you, “Cleopatra, Queen of Denial” by Pam Tillis.

By the way, some of theses videos are old (as you can obviously tell). I’m pulling from YouTube but if you ever get a chance to check some out in better quality if you can track them down.

These were the posts that I was warning about. They begin here; some posts will only be songs or videos, while other posts will have a little story or something I want to say about them to accompany the music. Like so:

Growing up I was raised mostly on country music. Considering where I live are you surprised? While I still enjoy some songs/artists in the country genre I have expanded my palette drastically since I was so young. This video is one of the earliest that I can remember seeing. If you watch, you can see why (I hope). I was so fascinated with this video and when I got older and didn’t remember seeing it on CMT or similar stations, I asked my mom and surprisingly described it with accuracy despite not seeing it in *years*. After she told me the name of the song and artist it was on my iPod within minutes! Ladies and Gentlemen, I share with you “Every Little Thing” By Carlene Carter (step-daughter to Johnny Cash).
